Tod has been in the real estate industry for 20 plus years. Over that time, he has seen a lot of changes from types of homes to interest rates changes to different loan programs available. He worked for a small realty brokerage in McPherson for several years before starting his own company in McPherson, Ks. called Cornerstone Premier Real Estate. In 2023 Tod was introduced to Heritage 1^st Realty in Wichita. That has been a great move because of the great friendships made and training to be the best he can be in helping his clients. He and the agents working for him formed the Cornerstone Team under Heritage 1^st Realty. He has sold hundreds of homes in his career. In 2023 he built a home and was the general contractor. This gave him more of an inside look of how homes were constructed. He has remodeled and sold 18 properties over the years. Tod offers a referral service so if you are looking any place in the United States just let him know. Tod and his wife attend Kingdom Life Church and serve on the ministry team and as facilitators. If you need prayer don’t hesitate to ask! Tod and his wife like to boat and camp when they can. Their favorite place to go is somewhere in the tropics. They also like spending time with their family and their pet family. Tod does like to tinker on his 70 Dodge Challenger when he has time. Tod and his wife also enjoy taking trips on their motorcycle mostly shorter trips but sometimes across the country.
