Tod has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years, and during that time he’s seen just about everything—from changing home styles to shifting interest rates to the evolution of today’s loan programs. After several years with a small brokerage in McPherson, he launched his own company, Cornerstone Premier Real Estate. In 2023, Tod connected with Heritage 1st Realty in Wichita, a move that brought strong friendships, excellent training, and a renewed commitment to serving clients at the highest level. In 2024, Tod became a partner in Heritage 1st Realty, further strengthening his ability to support both clients and agents. He and the agents who worked with him now operate as the Cornerstone Team under Heritage 1st Realty, and together they’ve helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes across Kansas.

Beyond traditional real estate, Tod has hands-on construction experience, serving as general contractor for his own home build in 2023 and remodeling and selling 18 properties over the years. He also offers a nationwide referral service for clients moving anywhere in the United States. Tod and his wife attend Kingdom Life Church, where they serve on the ministry team and as facilitators. If you ever need prayer, they’re always available. Outside of work, they enjoy boating, camping, time with family and their pets, and traveling to tropical destinations. Tod also tinkers with his ’70 Dodge Challenger and takes motorcycle trips—usually shorter rides but sometimes cross-country.
